Does Random Harvest Offer Same Day Dispatch?

Yes, we proudly offer a same day dispatch for all orders. This ensures that your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to your lucky recipient as quickly as possible.

Terms & Conditions of same day dispatch: Orders must be placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. This is so we can prepare your order in time for our delivery partners to pick it up. Same day dispatch means that your order will leave our warehouse on the same business day that it is ordered and paid.

If your order is placed after 3pm we will try our best to send it out on the same day, if this is not possible it will be sent the next business day.

If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please allow regular delivery times.
Tracking is available for all orders.

 

Cost of delivery

• Orders over $149 receive free delivery.
• Orders under $149 have a flat shipping rate of $13.95.
• Express delivery has a flat rate of $19.95
• Same day Sydney metro has a flat rate of $25.95
  

 

Where Does Random Harvest Deliver?

Random Harvest offers Australia-wide delivery. We require a street address for all deliveries, and our delivery network operates from Monday-Friday through the postal and courier system.

The locations we can deliver to may change depending on our postal and courier partners.

Does Random Harvest Offer Same Day Sydney Delivery?

We now offer same day delivery in the Sydney Metro area. Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered that day within the Sydney Metro Region.
This service is available to a select postcode range and same day delivery will show as an available shipping option if the delivery address falls within these postcodes only.
This service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery Schedules

All deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday as per Australia Post or our chosen courier partners.
We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse with same-day dispatch for most online orders.

Delivery estimates can vary due to delivery network congestion, COVID-19 delays or peak holiday times such as Christmas. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date due to Australia Post and courier networks not offering delivery guarantees at this time however the following estimates should help:

1 - 5 working days for delivery to the capital city in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD
5 - 7 working days for delivery to the capital city in SA and TAS
7 - 8 working days for delivery to the capital city in WA and NT
For regional delivery please add 1-2 business days to metro estimates

During peak periods (Easter and Christmas), the delivery may take up to 10 working days or longer. This is out of our control and you will be notified once your order has left our warehouse so you can track your delivery.

Acceptance of delivery

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Random Harvest to be authorised to receive the products.

In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, our carrier will leave a card outlining details for collection.

Please note that the risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.

Wholesale Customer Shipping & Deliveries

Wholesale orders do not qualify for our flat rate or free shipping offers. Once your order is placed, your shipping will be calculated and an invoice emailed to you.

 

Does Random Harvest Offer Same Day Delivery?

For some special occasions we are able to offer a same day delivery service for the Sydney Metro area.

Our same day delivery service applies to the Sydney Metro region only. If you are unsure if an address you wish to send to is applicable, then please feel free to call our office directly on (02) 95242111 to place your order and we will confirm this for you.

Same Day Sydney Delivery Cut-off: You must place your order by Midday on the day of delivery for same day Sydney metro delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next business day.

Same Day Sydney Delivery Days of Service: Our same day delivery service for gifts for the Sydney metro region is available Mon-Fri. We don't currently offer weekend delivery, but we're working on it.

Same Day Sydney Delivery Pricing for Hampers & Orders: Same Day Sydney delivery for Gift Hampers and all other orders is a flat fee of $25.95.

Terms & Conditions of same day delivery: Orders must be placed before midday on the day of delivery. This service applies to Sydney metro region only. Orders that choose same day delivery at checkout that fall outside of the Sydney metro region will automatically be sent via express shipping.

Sale and Purchase of Alcohol

Random Harvest Gourmet supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor Licence LIQP770018053

If ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18.
