Damaged & Faulty Products
Quality and perfection is at the heart of everything we do here at Random Harvest.
Our gourmet foods and premium gift hampers are world-class, however we do realise that accidents can happen during transit.
If you receive a faulty product, damaged product or have issues with your gift hamper, please reach out to us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
We will offer a replacement, refund or credit depending on the nature of the fault or breakage.
Cancellations & Change Of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind due to the perishable nature of food products.
We aim to offer same day dispatch for all orders, therefore if an error has been made when placing your order it is essential that you call us immediately on (02) 9524 2111 and we will do our best to assist.
If an order has already been prepared and is with our delivery partners we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
