My favourite way to eat chilli & lime sambal is toast with ham/avocado then melted cheese & finished with a layer of sambal. Yum!! Or just with cheese & crackers, also love it on lamb cutlets.

Love the sour flavour of the tamarind combined with the chilli explosion in your mouth. Great on Turkish toast with small bites of hard cheese. 😊
We find that the Samba has multiple combinations to enhance wide variety of dishes particularly when BBQ'd, such as steak, salmon and chicken. A perfect condiment.

Love love the Sambal sauce. My husband puts this on everything he eats almost. The flavour is spicy but not too hot and adds flavour even to the most boring dinner.
